Thank you
These pages are free to read. That is how they were meant to be: opened in a kitchen, a waiting room, or a quiet evening, without first asking anyone to pay for the chair.
They did not appear in a weekend. Behind each short chapter sit years of reading, checked sources, and seventeen years of pastoral life — hospital wards, baptisms, funerals, pilgrimages and the ordinary Tuesday when no one is watching. I write them now as parish priest of a small Catholic parish in South Wales, which is where most of the questions first arrived: at a bedside, after Holy Mass, in a kitchen, or on a wet afternoon when a name in the Litany suddenly needed explaining.
If something here has helped you, and if you are able to leave a gift, it will be truly appreciated. It will simply help the pastoral work to continue, and let the next small book be written and left where someone else might need it.
If you can help, I will be grateful.
If you cannot, thank you for reading this far.
That already is a kindness.
